Delta 93-1/2 in. x 3/16 in. x 10T Band Saw Blade

Timber Wolf band saw blades run cooler, last longer and track true. Our 3/6 in. x 10 tpi x 00.025 blades are made of Swedish Silicon Steel. The teeth are induction hardened, milled for true tracking, produce a thin kerf and make remarkably tight turns. These blades must be run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw. Our welds are warranted. The 3/16 in. x 10 tpi blades are used for cutting up to 2-1/2 in. in hardwoods and up to 1-1/2 in. in softwoods. They can make a 3/8 in. radius. These blades give a clean, smooth finish for minimum sanding and are an excellent scrolling-type blade.

• Milling the teeth of our blades into a piece of strip steel produces a finished, razor sharp edge without ever having to stamp or grind the teeth, induction hardening allows for different but more precise hardness throughout the blade, these unique manufacturing techniques along with the use of Swedish Silicon steel and the highest quality alloys set these blades apart from all other wood and metal cutting blades
