KNIPEX 20 in. Cable Shears

The KNIPEX Cable Shears are a short design with a length only 20 in. (500 mm). Designed for cutting copper and aluminum cables, single and multiple wire up to 5/0 AWG. Not suitable for steel wire and wire ropes. Precision ground, hardened blades provide a clean and smooth cut without crushing and deformation. Less effort required due to favorable lever ratio and special blade geometry. Pinch guard prevents operator’s fingers being pinched. Adjustable bolted joint. Cutter head: Vanadium electric steel, forged, oil-hardened. Handle shank: aluminum tube, high-strength.
