The line of 3/8 inch sockets is used primarily for automotive maintenance and general mechanical work where there is not a lot of work space available and the torque requirements are not very high. They have the following ranges of application: Socket opening size: 1/4 inch to 1 inch and 6-26 mm. • All Urrea sockets and accessories have a tough nickel-chromium finish for corrosion resistance. For FOD Foreign Object Debris applications, the use of sockets with a blue finish is recommended so that no coating will flake off
